Manos Unidas International is looking for a Community Promotora (Family Service Navigator) to support Hispanic families with young children (ages 0 to 6) who have disabilities or developmental delays through our innovative Ayllu Hogar program.

This family-centered home-visiting program helps families navigate early intervention and special education services, connect with community resources, and strengthen support networks.
