Support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in King and Snohomish counties.

Life Skills

Regardless of age or level of ability, Life Skills services are individualized, adaptable, and designed to meet each client where they are.

Your Life Skills Coach works alongside you - not just to teach skills, but to build confidence, autonomy, and meaningful participation in daily life and community settings.
