As parents and caregivers, it’s natural to have questions about your child’s development. You may wonder, “Is it normal that my child isn’t doing this yet?” or “Should they be talking more?” Every child grows at their own pace, but understanding developmental milestones, early warning signs, and the resources available for support can make a big difference in your child’s journey.
That’s why we invite you to our Virtual Workshop “Getting to Know Your Child”, a welcoming and informative space designed to help families learn, reflect, and feel confident about supporting their child’s growth. Led by Celeste Marion, Executive Director of Manos Unidas International, this session will guide you through practical information on early childhood development and how to access the right supports at the right time.
During this workshop, participants will learn to recognize key child development indicators (ages 0–5), understand how Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) services work, and identify early signs of autism with compassion and knowledge. Families will also gain practical tools and community connections to advocate for their child’s needs and nurture their potential.
