Expanding Support for Latino

Tulalip Cares Foundation

Thanks to the generous support of the Tulalip Cares Foundation, Manos Unidas International (MUI) is expanding its special education services for Latino families. This funding allows us to offer personalized consultation, advocacy, and Spanish-language workshops to help families better understand school evaluations, IEPs, and their children’s rights within the education system.

Together with Tulalip Cares and our community partners, we are ensuring more families have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to advocate for their children. This support strengthens educational equity and helps Latino students with disabilities receive the services they need to thrive.
