Immigrant Safety and Navigation Program for Bothell residents

Manos Unidas is proud to announce that we have received a $15,000 grant from City of Bothell Human Services to fund our Immigrant Safety and Navigation Program from July through December 2026. This timely funding opportunity allows our organization to extend vital protection and resource navigation to Hispanic and Latino immigrant families living in Bothell with children under 18 years old, ensuring they are prepared, informed, and supported during uncertain times.

Building Proactive Emergency Safety Plans

Through this initiative, our dedicated team of promotoras and community outreach workers are collaborating to help local families build proactive emergency safety plans. These tailored protocols offer peace of mind by establishing clear legal, financial, and childcare arrangements in the event of ICE detention or deportation.

Navigating Essential Health and Educational Systems

Alongside emergency preparedness, our team actively assists parents in navigating complex health and educational systems. By breaking down system barriers, we help ensure children continue accessing essential medical care, school services, and community resources without interruption or fear.

Grounded in trust, empathy, and shared cultural background, our promotoras provide sensitive, confidential guidance directly in community spaces and home settings.
