Supporting Families at Together Center

The first Friday of every month you can find Manos Unidas staff at the Home - Together Center from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. During this time, we offer drop in support to families seeking educational and health support for their children with disabilities or developmental delay.

During this time we can answer questions related to child development, available community services, and support options for families with children with special needs. We can review IEP's, help families communicate with educators, help families review medical docuements or make appointments.

Manos unidas staff can also schedule developmental screening for families interested in tracking developmental milestones or concerned about the development of their child.

Services are bilingual in Spanish and English and DO NOT require an appoinment.
